New Suzuki GW250 Launch China This is the GW250 bike competing in the 250cc segment. This move comes after the steady growth in the Indian two wheeler segment, which the company is quite bullish about. The bike is expected to be priced between INR 1.5 to 2 lakhs.
Suzuki needs to launch a product which sends the shrill down the corridor of the competition as none of bikes like the Slingshot and the GS150R have done something the competition should worry about. There’s no excitement in Suzuki products.
The new GW250 is claimed to adopt a modern, luxurious and strong design. Supported by the new twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, with smooth vibrations. Aggressive performance with qualified durability. In addition, the engine is also claimed to be environmentally friendly.
The design, including the chassis, headlight, seat, tail unit and even frame will mimic its bigger B-King brother in almost every way. The unit comes in at about 369 lbs. and should be priced very reasonably, though the exact number is unknown at this time.
The bike joins the herd of motorcycles models that are recommended for beginner riders, offering them the possibility of buying a bike that looks good, is fun to ride, and has a low price. Moreover, the best thing with the small-sized motorcycles is that they really hold their resale value.The main competitor of the GW250 is the CBR250R from Honda. Though the GW has a twin-cylinder unit, the power figures are very similar to the single-cylinder CBR with both the bikes producing a similar amount of power. However, for this to be a fair battle between the two Japanese motorcycle makers, Honda would have to come up with a completely new 250cc baby Hornet.
