New Design 2012 Kawasaki ZZR1400

New Design 2012 Kawasaki ZZR1400 Kawasaki is promising the new 2012 ZZR1400 (Ninja ZX-14R in the US) is the world's fastest accelerating production motorcycle. On the technical side will change very little and will be confirmed the cubic capacity of 1400cc, as well as more than a good chassis, a turbocharged version but it will come in addition to the base.

The top end has been breathed on, with an increased compression ratio of 12.3:1 (from 12.0:1). Intake and exhaust ports have revised shapes, with the exhust ports also bigger. Intake valve stems are longe while the cam profile has changed for extended lift. Longer conrods match the stroke and the crankshft has been made stronger. Other smaller changes have been made to improve internal efficiencies. Fuel economy is said to have improved by eight percent.

The chassis for the new bike has been overhauled too for better stability and balance. The new engine is said to deliver more torque across the rev range and substantially more power in the mid-hige rev range. The new bike will come loaded with electronic wizardry to prevent all that crazy amount of power from charring the rear wheel. Traction control and various power modes come as standard on the bike.

The aluminum monocoque frame has the same geometry, but it’s all the elasticity new structure, now more rigid, and sports, which coupled with the new longer swingarm and durable. The mechanism has been completely revised, with a 4mm longer stroke that increases capacity up to 1441cc. With new valves and compression ratio, the power obtained is 200 hp (210 with the air box pressure) to 10,000 g / min, while torque reaches a value of 162.5 Nm at 7,500 r / min, have 265 pounds (268 for the staged version).
